How can I access the reserved areas of the web site?
You can access reserved areas by registering on the website www.ats-italy.com
You will have access to catalogs, product data sheets, information material, and all information useful to designers for the choice and installation of ATS S.r.l. Sealing Systems, and to the reserved areas of the site.
Click here to register, and don't forget to click on "Newsletter subscription" to be always updated on the latest news.
I have done the registeration, but cannot log-in!
Once registration is complete, wait for the confirmation email that indicate your account has been activated.
If you don't receive it, check your "junk mail" box, the email may be incorrectly identified as spam by some email providers. All registrations are subject to approval by ATS S.r.l..

Change of your account data

E-Commerce
How can I access the e-commerce service?
ATS S.r.l. offers, for the items in the products section, an e-commerce service with the possibility of having a fast delivery in just 24/48 working hours* on the Italian territory.
If you are already a customer, or if you are a registered user on the ATS S.r.l. web-site, contact the commercial support at ats@ats-italia.it and request the activation of the e-commerce, to be able to purchase, simply and quickly, all the products you need!

Search for a specific code or product
ATS S.r.l. has a very wide product range.
You can search for a specific item in the products section, or semplify your search using the filters at the top of the page, specifying the category, the type, groove dimensions or material.
You can search by code using the SEALS-FINDER tool, using the "search by code" button in the top right.
SEALS-FINDER is the tool that allows you to search using commercial codes, even those different from ATS codes, for products with market codes or competitor codes.
After logging in to the e-commerce portal, if you have provided your internal codes to ATS for the items you purchase, your item codes will appear under the ATS item code, making it easier to identify.
In this case, you can also search for an item using your internal code with SEALS-FINDER.
You can also enter your item codes at the moment you make an order (when the items are in your cart). These codes will be saved by the system, and you can later search for those items using your code.
SEALS-FINDER will always offer the most similar or compatible result for your search.
Favorite articles
E-commerce-enabled users have the option of adding frequently purchased items to favorites. Once you have identified the item in the products section, simply click on star symbol on the left of the item code to add it to favorites.
It will be possible to consult, view availability and purchase your favorite items from the appropriate favorite items section in the "Account" area.
Product Availability
For each type of item, the e-commerce of the web-site provides indications about availability in stock.
For all items available in prompt delivery, we undertake to deliver quickly, making a shipment within 24 hours following the completion of the order.
In case of not available item, or the quantity in stock is not enought to meet the needs, we recommend that you make the request to our commercial service by clicking on the "request info" button next to the unavailable item or by sending an email to ats@ats-italia.it
The article you requested may be in the preparation phase, therefore will be available in a short time!
The web-site checks the availability of a product in stock each time the required quantity is entered in the appropriate box. Although an extremely accurate real-time inventory check is carried out, ATS S.r.l. does not guarantee the availability of the products and information shown on the web-site.
I can't find the item I'm looking for!
ATS S.r.l. stocks more than 185000 items ready for delivery. Only the most frequent and commonly used articles are published on the website and catalogs, but it is also able to provide many other articles, standard, special or custom made which may not be on the web-site.
In the event that the item you are looking for is not present, contact our sales department at the e-mail address ats@ats-italia.it and request its availability.
How to check the price of a product?
The web-site shows the net price of the products, calculated in Euros, dependent on the quantity and in accordance with the sales conditions applied to the user. The price of the item appears after entering the required quantity in the appropriate box.
Can I save my shopping cart for a later time?
To view the items previously added to the cart, simply access your reserved area "My Account", in the "Cart" section.
The web-site keeps in memory the products added in the cart for a maximum of 15 calendar days.
Even if added to the cart, these items are not reserved for the user until the order is confirmed, therefore availability or price cannot be guaranteed for the next access.
Is there a minimum value per order?
The ATS S.r.l. e-commerce provides for the application of a minimum amount per order.
In case the minimum value per order is not reached, the user can decide to increase the quantity of the items to be ordered to reach the minimum order amount, or he can add new articles, or he can continue processing the order and accepting the application of a fixed cost for practice management.
Message: "Article not enabled"
In the case of the desidered item is "not enabled", it is possible to request its authorization from our commercial service at the e-mail address ats@ats-italia.it
Orders, shipments and payments
How can I view my orders?
All orders placed through the ATS S.r.l. web-site will be available in the "Account" reserved area, in the appropriate Order History section.
I was wrong to place an order, can I cancel or modify it?
In the event that it is necessary to cancel or modify an order, contact our commercial service at the e-mail address ats@ats-italia.it
Order Shipments
Orders are shipped within 24 working hours* from order confirmation.
If necessary, you can request the tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Delivery on Italian territory is expected within 24 working hours* after shipment, except in exceptional cases or force majeure, attributable to the shipper. Delivery times may vary depending on the geographical location.
The delivery terms are however indicative and do not bind ATS S.r.l. which is not required to pay compensation of any kind for any direct or indirect damages due to delivery delays or interruptions or to partial or total termination of the supply.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, with the "volumetric weight" method and are indicated before order confirmation.
For shipments on Italian territory, in case the shipping address is in a carrier "remote area", a surcharge may be applied. For more information about "remote areas" visit DHL website.
Can I use a different shipping destination?
During the progress of an order, you will be asked to choose a location for the destination of the shipment, among those available and previously communicated to ATS S.r.l..
In case that it is necessary to ship to a destination not present in your user profile, please contact our customer service at the e-mail address ats@ats-italia.it
Can I write additional notes to my order?
During the progress of an order, it is possible, after filling in the fields necessary for shipping, to add a desired delivery date and any notes for shipping and/or for packaging.
The desired delivery date is indicative of the user's needs, the actual expected delivery date is indicated on the specific Order Confirmation.
Delivery terms are however indicative and do not bind ATS S.r.l. which is not required to pay compensation of any kind for any direct or indirect damages due to delivery delays or interruptions or to partial or total termination of the supply.
Payment methods
All transactions are made in Euros. For all payment methods, invoices will be sent by e-mail after the order shipment. You can choose from the following payment methods:

Returns and refunds
In case of receipt of incorrect or defected items, it is possible to request replacement or refund by contacting our customer service at the e-mail address ats@ats-italia.it in accordance with the terms established by our General Sales conditions.
Each return must be previously agreed and explicitly authorized by ATS S.r.l. the articles must be returned intact and in their original packaging.

Beyond ATS products, what brands do you sell?

ATS selects manufacturers based on strict quality and effectiveness requirements and guarantees prompt availability, ensuring you always receive the best technical and quality options based on your needs.
The requested item is not available. What can I do?
Although our stock of products available for immediate delivery is our strength, offering our customers one of the widest assortments in Europe, if you don't find what you need in stock, our sales department is always available to offer a quick solution or an equally effective alternative.
Can I add my internal code to the ATS code and assign my job code to an order?
Yes: you can assign your own internal code (Cross-Reference) to each item. To do so, add the item to your cart and enter your internal code in the "My Code" box.
Once your order is complete, your item will retain the same assigned internal code for future orders. Your internal code will appear on shipping documents and invoices. You can also search for the item on our e-shop using your assigned internal code. Before checkout, you can also enter your order code in the "Order Reference" field.
I need a custom gasket. Can you provide one?
Yes: we design, manufacture, and supply gaskets and special items based on your specifications to meet your most specific needs. Please contact our sales office for your requests. You will need to provide the temperature, speed, and pressure parameters, the size of the housing, the contact fluids, the type of application, and any required material certifications, or a specific drawing of your requirements.
Is it possible to request customization of labels, shipping notes, and invoices to show my internal code and job code?
The labels on each bag display the specific references for each item, which are also shown on shipping documents and invoices for easy identification.
If you enter your "Item Codes" and other information such as "Job Reference" when ordering on the e-Shop, they will appear on all documents issued, including labels. If your order is sent via email, please specify your item codes and job reference: they will be included in the order confirmation, labels, shipping documents, and invoices. Correctly identifying your items is important to speed up and facilitate your work!
